A Honey Healthy Diet Plan

Undoubtedly,the advancement in science and technology has increased our comfort-ability and makes our lives "Simpler,Faster and Easier" It has improve the Quality of Human Life but to its disadvantages it has affected human health adversely.One of the  major cause due to this is "Obesity or You can say "Overweight" Nearly 30% of the world’s population – are either obese or overweight, which is one of the reason leading risk for global deaths and raises other health problems. It not only increases the body weight but also makes people lazy. 

One of the same kind I face in my house .My husband who works in I.T. field(Information Technology) has to sit for long hours working in front of computer with less physical work on his part and this has made him to put  excessive weight.
Now, What to do ?I started thinking of ways and means to bring his body weight under control because I cant change his working style but all i can do is follow a "Healthy Balanced Diet " A diet that  provides the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients to keep the body and mind strong and healthy and at same time will maintain a healthy body weight.Shall I make him to go on a Crash Diet? Or find a long term solution for this without compromising on Nutritional Value.

To my Surprise , I came across the Word "Honey diet" while reading Newspaper.I geared up myself and started reading about its Health Benefits, the honey recipes,fitness tips etc.to gain more and more information and I found it to be Highly Useful.  Be ready to kick off his days with "A Honey Healthy Diet Plan"



 Without bringing any change in his Quantity of consumption I made a remarkable change in the Quality Of Food.

I have begun his days by giving a glass of warm water by adding a spoon of honey which is very useful in weight control. This drink not only energizes him but keeps him refreshed all day long.

While making desserts I started using Honey in place of Sugar which is not only healthier due to vitamins, minerals added in it but also reduces weight. 

At night before going to bed I give him a Glass Of Hot Milk by adding "HONEY" which aids in digestion,relaxes mind and body and give a "Good Night Sleep"
Meanwhile,I make a face pack out of it,apply it for "Young Beautiful Skin" as it has moisturizing and nourishing properties.

I was astonished to see the result. This Diet plan has worked wonders for me and for him too.I can feel a remarkable change in my Husband's Appearance .He has shed enough Kilos without compromising on Nutrition and food. He feels "More Energetic and More Active" than before.Now, his Colleagues envies him and wants to Know his "Health Mantra" behind His "FEEL GOOD FACTOR"
