A Honey Healthy Diet Plan

Undoubtedly,the advancement in science and technology has increased our comfort-ability and makes our lives "Simpler,Faster and Easier" It has improve the Quality of Human Life but to its disadvantages it has affected human health adversely.One of the  major cause due to this is "Obesity or You can say "Overweight" Nearly 30% of the world’s population – are either obese or overweight, which is one of the reason leading risk for global deaths and raises other health problems. It not only increases the body weight but also makes people lazy. 

One of the same kind I face in my house .My husband who works in I.T. field(Information Technology) has to sit for long hours working in front of computer with less physical work on his part and this has made him to put  excessive weight.
Now, What to do ?I started thinking of ways and means to bring his body weight under control because I cant change his working style but all i can do is follow a "Healthy Balanced Diet " A diet that  provides the right vitamins, minerals and nutrients to keep the body and mind strong and healthy and at same time will maintain a healthy body weight.Shall I make him to go on a Crash Diet? Or find a long term solution for this without compromising on Nutritional Value.

To my Surprise , I came across the Word "Honey diet" while reading Newspaper.I geared up myself and started reading about its Health Benefits, the honey recipes,fitness tips etc.to gain more and more information and I found it to be Highly Useful.  Be ready to kick off his days with "A Honey Healthy Diet Plan"



 Without bringing any change in his Quantity of consumption I made a remarkable change in the Quality Of Food.

I have begun his days by giving a glass of warm water by adding a spoon of honey which is very useful in weight control. This drink not only energizes him but keeps him refreshed all day long.

While making desserts I started using Honey in place of Sugar which is not only healthier due to vitamins, minerals added in it but also reduces weight. 

At night before going to bed I give him a Glass Of Hot Milk by adding "HONEY" which aids in digestion,relaxes mind and body and give a "Good Night Sleep"
Meanwhile,I make a face pack out of it,apply it for "Young Beautiful Skin" as it has moisturizing and nourishing properties.

I was astonished to see the result. This Diet plan has worked wonders for me and for him too.I can feel a remarkable change in my Husband's Appearance .He has shed enough Kilos without compromising on Nutrition and food. He feels "More Energetic and More Active" than before.Now, his Colleagues envies him and wants to Know his "Health Mantra" behind His "FEEL GOOD FACTOR"

UC Browser makes me Better

WoW!! Cricket as this name sounds in my ears I jump up on my feet.in excitement.. and why not with so many young, handsome and talented players like Yuvraj Singh , Sachin Tendulkar, Virat kohli, etc. Which damn girl on earth would miss it....Jokes apart ..

Cricket is one of the most popular sport of India which begets more excitement and a greater fan following than any other sport in India. 
And I am too a "GREATEST FAN"...

I am a home maker and typically during the dinner time, I will always end-up in kitchen and miss the part of IPL cricket. Generally its regarded that as a woman, we have a lesser likeness toward the game of cricket. But with the advent of IPL, I have started liking cricket and prefer to watch it along with my family. My family is aware of this,  so they will always talk more about the cricket moments, which I missed, intentionally to pull my legs due to house chores.

It happened one day. There was an IPL match going between Kolkata Knight Riders (My favorite Team) n Chennai Super Kings and to my disappointment my husband's friend was about to visit home. I had to prepare meals for them..Watching cricket along with cooking food...Quite a tough task.

My family was busy enjoying Live IPL Match and I had to turn up for cooking in between ...just to satisfy myself..And Then What I got engrossed so much ..that what dishes I prepared I was Unable to identify ...some partially cooked some burnt...All efforts gone in vain and fun to enjoy cricket match ..too..

Next day, My Fast friend called me as she knows that I am Big IPL fan and Congratulated me for my favorite team (Kolkata Knight Riders) winning up.She found me upset and asked what is this all about? I told her about the Incident of Previous day...and she told "DONT WORRY! BE HAPPY" "UC BROWSER HAI NA...."

I asked what that means ...She told UC browser is one of the advanced new browser available in almost all of the mobile devices & tablets. The browser is fast and more secure than any of the available browser in the present days. She acknowledged that she uses the same browser and she does not misses any of her soaps & serials. She watches all of them while cooking, sleeping and even while travelling. Now no more compromises on our desires because UC browser removes the unwanted delays or the screen with circle waiting for next stream to come. She also shared the information with me that UC browser is promoted by Yuvraj Singh, who just hits six after six.

Enough is Enough, But the time has changed now with the arrival of UC Browser. Now when I go to kitchen when the IPL seasons are live I can watch the match streaming live from my tablet, IPad mini.  Now none can attempt to pull my legs as I am more aware and don't miss any of the IPL matches anymore. Thank you UC Browser.

                                                              MY EXPERTISE


One day While i was about to cook food in iron vessel I found a thick layer of hard greasy stains on the surface of it... Shit!!!  I said no more 2 cooking unless n until i clean d vessel thoroughly.
I took steel scrubber rubbed it on stains , Put hot water 2 let d greasy part washed off ....etc.
But all my effort went into vain.. I thought of an easy n effortless method of doing away wid it....


Removing hard n Stubborn Stains from Iron vessel effortlessly 


An idea crop up 2 my mind...I put the vessel on gas burner's top so that the vessel gets up heated.
After it cools little I rubbed n scrubbed the iron vessel wid steel scrubber n wat Wonderful !! I was astonished to see the result ...Just wid ease n within couple of minutes all the stubborn stains got removed...
My Iron Vessel was back to its REAL LIFE..

IndoChinese Capsicum Sabz....

I wud luv to share my own experimentation wid FOOD ...wich u may find original or something wich u hav tried or read before...

My basic mantra behind sharing my own recipes is "2 make Cooking Everybody's Cup of Tea".. 

i wud try 2 make cooking ....."Faster ,Easier n Simpler" 


                                        CAPSICUM    SAUZZYYY


Ingredients: 

1 piece (big )------ Capsicum (Cut into medium slices)

1 piece (big)-------- Onion     (Cut into thin slices )

2 tbsp         --------- Refined Oil

1 tsp           --------- Sugar

2 tsp           --------- Soya Sauce

1 tsp          --------- Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp          ---------  Chilli Sauce
1 tsp          ---------  Tomato Ketchup

1/4 tsp       --------   Garam Masala 
1/2 tsp       -------- Black Pepper Powder

Salt  to Taste.... 


Process:

1) Take a pan ..Add oil When the oil is heated add Sugar.
2) Once sugar dissolves add onion..Saute it till onion turns into golden brown in colour. 
3) After dis add capsicum add salt , ginger-garlic paste mix them well.
4) Cover d pan wid lid for capsicum 2 b little tender.
5) Then add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce n garam masala.and black pepper powder...
6) Mix well.  Cook it for 5 mins
7) Your IndoChinese Capsicum Sabz is Ready...
8) Garnish with  chopped coriander leaves.
9) Serve hot with Paratha , Lachha Parathas or Roti..... n keep licking ur fingers..
