#SNACK ATTACK - PANEER CORN SANDWICH

PANEER CORN SANDWICH 

PANEER CORN SANDWICH is a very healthy n yummilicious dish made for everyone from young to old ..Every one will relish this as a delicious Morning Breakfast or as a Evening snack . This dish is loaded with highly nutritious food ingredients like Paneer, sweet corn , cheese , green chutney which is enough to quench your severe hunger thus satiating it . So , do try it and be sure to watch your guests happy faces saying "DIL MAANGE MORE"

INGREDIENTS:


4           -  SLICES OF BREAD

2TBSP -  GREEN CHUTNEY(CORIANDER LEAVES CHUTNEY)

1/2 CUP - BOILED SWEET CORN KERNELS

2TBSP    - GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE (OPTIONAL)

75 GMS  -  CRUMBLED PANEER (COTTAGE CHEESE)

1 TSP      - FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES

1 TSP      - FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES 

SALT AS PER TASTE

BUTTER FOR GREASING



METHOD:  

1) IN A BOWL MIX ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED INGREDIENTS , CHUTNEY AND SALT TOGETHER. NOW THE STUFFING IS READY 

2)TAKE TWO SLICES OF BREAD .APPLY BUTTER ON ONE SIDE OF BOTH THE BREADS.KEEP A TBSP OF STUFFING ON THE BUTTERRED SIDE OF ONE BREAD AND CLOSE IT WITH THE OTHER BREAD WITH THE BUTTERED SIDE FACING DOWN.

3)BUTTER THE OUTER SURFACE OF THE BREAD SLIGHTLY AND KEEP THE SANDWICH IN ELECTRIC TOASTER OR NON-STICK TAWA .

4)WAIT TILL THE BREAD TURNS INTO RED-BROWNISH IN COLOUR.YOUR SANDWICH IS READY.

5)CUT IT INTO DIAGONALLY OR IN SQUARES AS YOU MAY LIKE.

6)SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCH-UP, SCHEZWAN SAUCE OR GREEN CHUTNEY.

7)ENJOY IT WITH MORNING/EVENING TEA OR WITH CHILLED MILKSHAKES .
