Easy to make Fasting Food Dishes

Here I am sharing some Vegetable Gravy dish. which u can have on Fasting Days which will keep you healthy n at the same time cool at ur stomach n mind ...
This recipe are preferred n can be taken along with Faffar/kuttu ke atta ka paratha or Hot Kuttu Pakodas..

Kuttu is also known as Faffar in hindi in some languages to some people and Buckwheat in English.

Here in this recipe we add kuttu flour just to make the gravy thick.
           

                                      VEG CUCUMBER GRAVY  


Ingredients:


1 medium - large    --------         Cucumber(peeled and Diced)

1-1 and a half tsp.  --------         Ghee

1/2 tsp                     --------         Kuttu ka atta (Kuttu Flour)

As per your taste   --------        Himalayan Salt (Sendha Namak)

1/2 tsp                     --------        Sugar

few Drops              ---------        Lemon Juice

As per requirement  ------       Water  


Method:


1) Peel and dice the cucumber and keep it side.

2) Take the non-stick pan .Add ghee.Once hot .Add cucumber , salt and cover with a        lid.let it be cooked until it is little tender ..

3) Then add water depending upon the consistency you want to have ..Add kuttu flour     to make the gravy thick .

4) Put little sugar and add lemon juice from top.Let it simmer for few minutes 

5) Take out in a vessel.

6) Serve Hot with Hot Kuttu Parathas or Kuttu Pakodas
